The way we fuel ourselves plays a big role in our ability to tackle life’s challenges and enjoy them all at the same time. A well-nourished body engaged in a pattern of consistent and enjoyable movement is equipped to thrive and more effectively carry us through our days. All foods provide some form of nourishment and are meant to be appreciated for the value they offer while also incorporated intentionally.

Developing a balanced and intuitive relationship with food takes work when being pulled in many directions. It’s worth the effort though, because feeling strong and energized while enjoying variety in our eating is incredibly freeing and motivating.  We are each our own ongoing experiment, and my goal is to equip you with the tools and structure that will enable you to build on your nutrition and exercise routine.
